The environment, the swimming pool, the restaurant, daily activities and free tea time (ask the staff or on the reception screens). Very special mention for the staff ready to fulfill your every wish and above all who treats you like people and not numbers. The rooms, on the front line above the swimming pool, the Deluxe, are superb with their beautiful terrace, not overlooked (at the moment, a building is under construction), view of the Jamiul Izhar mosque. On the other side are all the Studio Superieur and Hollywood. For a little more money, I recommend you take the Deluxe rooms of 40 m2, above the reception, the must on the pool side, like ours, with everything you can expect, very comfortable bedding, wardrobes. storage, desk, TV, slippers, bathrobes, very large bathtub for showering (I would have preferred a walk-in shower) and beautiful terrace of 10 m2. Bring a good mosquito repellent from dusk, because they don't make any noise, but they love me, so if you're like me, be careful... As for the location, on the one hand, the grumblers will say that we are far from all the tourist places and on the other, those who see an advantage in being near the Suvarnabhumi international airport, 18 kms. So upon departure and arrival in Bangkok, it's simply great to spend 1 to 2 days at Silver Palm Wellness. Moreover, at first, you have the impression that there is nothing, however a small food market is located right at the train station, 3 minutes walk away and if you want more choice , cross the railway line, follow the klongs and you are in the hospital district, with all kinds of shops and small street restaurants (Bangkok 25 years ago). Of course, everything is not perfect but the staff is working to correct it, as we receive our constructive comments and for the quality/price ratio, I recommend that you come and stay there.

My experience at the Silver Palms was great! I have stayed in a few hotels but they are absolutely the best so far. Everyone is extremely helpful. Rizki who works at the front desk was so kind. His English was superb! He made my fav. stay as a single traveler feel safe. If you are looking for a great place to stay on the cheaper side then this is the place for you. Everyone was amazing especially Rizki!!

We had a delightful Christmas holiday at The Silver Palm Wellness Resort, opting for a spacious 2-bedroom apartment that boasted generously sized rooms and a comfortable living space. The standout feature was the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Rizki at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist us with various requests, from troubleshooting wifi issues with our MacBook and TV to efficiently organizing taxi services. While the hotel experienced a high guest volume during our stay, leading to understandable delays in both room service and housekeeping, we appreciated the overall effort of the staff. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, but the proximity to the airport link at Hua Mak made it convenient for quick and easy access to the airport. Despite a couple of minor setbacks, we look forward to returning for another stay at The Silver Palm Wellness Resort and appreciate the positive aspects that made our holiday enjoyable.

Great Deluxe room with pool view

We stayed 2 times at this hotel and we really loved it. Both times, we stayed in a Deluxe room which had a view of the Swimming pool. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was a bit basic but we didn't need more. If you decide to leave early they can prepare breakfast boxes. The swimming pool was great, it's almost always in the shadow as well as most of the loungers. We ordered several times their "Power Drinks" made of fresh fruits and vegetables for some of them and they were very refreshing. The restaurant was fine, simple but good food. The gym is small, a bit outdated and has basic equipment but it was fine for the daily holiday fitness. There is a steam sauna in each restroom near the reception/restaurant. The bedroom was great! There was lots of space, a very comfortable bed, very quiet and the bathroom was big enough. It was just a bit difficult to sometimes adjust the cold and hot water. There is a large choice of TV channels. The balcony was very big, with a sofa and some shades. We really enjoyed this place. This hotel is at 5 minutes walk from the skytrain which is at 15 minutes from Suvarnabhumi airport. Lots of taxi drivers don't know this place and it's better you show them the direction straight from your phone. First, it looks like there is nothing around this hotel but if you walk around, you can find lots of small stores, especially if you walk in the mosque direction. Otherwise, there is a small night market near the skytrain station. If you walk a bit more (10-15 minutes walk from the hotel) there is a 7--11, street foods and another supermarket. Seacon Square shopping mall is at 10 minutes by taxi (about 100 baht) but you can also go with the sky train (30 baht per person). We liked this hotel because it's small and quiet. Of course, you can listen to the road traffic from the balcony or pool but it's not crowded like downtown hotels.
